Hands-On Experience Across the Trades

I’m Brady Chismar, owner of Alpine Deck & Fence. I’ve spent more than 20 years working across residential, commercial, and industrial construction.

Along the way I learned framing, roofing, concrete, masonry, drywall, siding, door and window installation, finish work, and the field problem-solving that ties every trade together. That range of experience is what allows me to look beyond the surface of a project and understand how the entire system should work.

Alpine is intentionally small. That keeps communication direct, overhead controlled, and accountability exactly where it belongs: with me.

How Alpine Works

Small by Design. Serious About the Work.

Alpine was not built to become another large contractor with layers of salespeople, office staff, and crews the homeowner never met. It was built around a simpler model: show up, communicate clearly, solve the problem, and leave behind work worth putting my name on.

That means I stay involved from the first conversation through completion. It also means I take on the work Alpine can execute properly instead of chasing every job available.

Direct

You speak with the owner—not a salesperson passing notes to someone else.

Practical

Recommendations are based on what the project actually needs, not unnecessary upgrades.

Accountable

The person making the commitment is the same person responsible for the result.

The Standard Behind the Flag

A Standard of Reliability

The Jolly Roger is a piece of crew history I carry forward with Alpine. On the crews it became an unofficial mark for people who knew their trade, carried their share, and stayed dependable when the work got difficult.

That standard still applies today: skill, judgment, reliability, and accountability. When a project needs additional hands or a wider range of trades, I call on people I know can handle the work—not bargain labor or a revolving door of strangers.

Earned Through Experience Everyone representing the Jolly Roger has earned that place alongside me through years of work across different trades. That experience gives us the range to handle a wide variety of tasks while keeping Alpine’s standard consistent.
Colorado Built

Local Work. Long-Term Reputation.

Northern Colorado is home. I serve Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Estes Park, and nearby communities where reputation travels quickly and finished work speaks louder than advertising.

My goal is not to become the biggest contractor in the area. It is to build a company homeowners remember for being straightforward, dependable, and worth calling again.

Behind the Work

Professional Does Not Have to Mean Generic

Construction is serious work, but the people doing it are still people. The best crews work hard, know when to laugh, and take pride in both the process and the finished result.

Good Crews. Good Work.

Over the years, I’ve worked beside skilled people across all kinds of jobs. Those crews helped shape the experience and standards I bring to Alpine today.
